Procurement of material, spares & components by RINL/VSP is through a system of approved/registered vendors. Vendors desirous of getting themselves as approved suppliers of RINL/VSP furnish complete details of the product(s) online, for which registration is desired along with credentials of the firm/established.

All the fields are to be filled with appropriate information. To obtain the Vendor Application number, you are requested to press the “SUBMIT” button. Applicants should take the print of the application after successful login against their application number. The hard copy of the application shall be duly signed, stamped and to be sent to the following address by Post, along with   relevant certificates/document copies in support of their credentials.

Instructions to Applicants :

1. Vendors are selected based on the suitability of the product(s), capacity, turnover, quality etc. if required, after due verification/ capacity assessment by VSP’s technical team.

2.  Selection of vendors for the products such as Operational consumables, Refractory Materials and other products which are to be procured on performance criteria will be through Trial Process. In case the applicant so desires, can opt for selection by Trial Method where the supplier offers their products for free trial followed by paid trial to establish performance of the product(s) for which enlistment is sought..

3.  Applications duly filled, signed & stamped with necessary statutory registration certificate copies(Excise, VAT, SSI/NSIC etc), latest      3Yrs Financial Statements, purchase order copies executed with major CPSUs and Steel plants, Performance Certificates if any are to be submitted for processing. Incomplete applications not containing the above mentioned information and supporting documents shall not be considered for vendor registration.

4.  The process of application for enlistment or otherwise will take around 120 working days from the date of receipt of application/final clarification(s) to VSP. In case of the applications referred for capacity assessment, additional 60 days will be taken.

5.  Applications may be considered if our vendor list sub-group contains less than 8 (Eight) vendors

6.  RINL reserves the right to cancel or suspend registration without assigning any reason for the same.

7.  The decision of RINL/VSP in respect of registration shall be final.

8.       The hard copy of the application along with the supporting documents should be sent  preferably by registered post.  

9.       All sheets/enclosures are to be signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.

10.   Attach separate sheet(s) if the space provided is not sufficient.

11.  Any information/clarification required by RINL/VSP during evaluation must be provided expeditiously.

12.  ISO 9000:2000 accredited vendors, the table of contents of Quality Manual may be submitted with the form.

13.   Priority shall be given for manufacturers over dealers and traders.

14.  RINL/VSP, prefers to do business with companies having proven performance track record, Technical and Financial soundness, stablished quality systems & standards adhering to Ethical (Moral & Social) values, Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility, compliance to all statutory regulations and requirements.

15.  Successful registration is no guarantee of any future award or work or inclusion on particular tender list.

16. It will be the responsibility of vendor to update all time dependant data. However, data regarding name of the company, address and Bank details cannot be updated. For updating the same vendors have to apply, along with relevant documentary evidence.
