5. Applications may be considered if our vendor
list sub-group contains less than 8 (Eight) vendors
6. RINL reserves the right to cancel or suspend
registration without assigning any reason for the same.7. The decision of RINL/VSP in respect of
registration shall be final.

The hard copy of the application along with
the supporting documents should be sent preferably by registered
post.

All sheets/enclosures are to be signed and
stamped by the authorized signatory.
10. Attach separate sheet(s) if the space provided
is not sufficient.
11. Any information/clarification required by
RINL/VSP during evaluation must be provided expeditiously.
12. ISO 9000:2000 accredited vendors, the table of
contents of Quality Manual may be submitted with the form.
13. Priority shall be given for manufacturers over
dealers and traders.
14. RINL/VSP, prefers to do business with
companies having proven performance track record, Technical and Financial
soundness, stablished quality systems & standards adhering to Ethical (Moral
& Social) values, Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility, compliance
to all statutory regulations and requirements.
15. Successful registration is no guarantee of any
future award or work or inclusion on particular tender list.
16. It
will be the responsibility of vendor to update all time dependant data. However,
data regarding name of the company, address and Bank details cannot be updated.
For updating the same vendors have to apply, along with relevant documentary
evidence.
